How to Make A Bootable CD of Windows XP SP3 Using Genuine Windows XP SP2 CD?

The Windows Setup Key works no matter which Service Pack it is applied to. The key is specific to the version of XP (Home, Pro...) and sometimes to the hardware but never to the Windows Updates.
