How to connect 2 computers and share wireless?

i hav 2 PCs..both XP systems and pentium 4 [ old age PCs ]...one has wireless connection..the other none..i was thinking of connecting them by LAN but it wudnt work..what do i need to do? is there a set up for that? i need to connect them so they can share the wireless internet connection..
