I cannot open Internet Explorer. A message comes up saying Sorry, Forbidden. Why? Has not ever happened before?
Computer is XP. I have used Internet Explorer for years, and recently been using IE8. The last three days when I attempt to open, it says Sorry, Forgidden. You don't have permission to access this URL on this server. Why not?
