Is there antoher Windows Media Player I can download?

I have a Windows XP Dell laptop. I got it off of Amazon when my old laptop with Windows 7 broke. This software has Windows Media Player 10. I absolutely hate it. When I convert a music file from youtube to the Player to sync to my Mp3 Player, it deletes the last song I converted to my Mp3 Player off of my Mp3. It does it every time. The last song I converted is under a section titled "Items to be removed from your device" ANd when I'm done syncing the song I want, The last song ai converted clearly says "Removed from your device" I get so p'od and I was wondering what other media player would work with Windows XP? One that is not like Windows Media Player 10.
