Does anyone know the name of this movie?

Its about 7 women who go cave exploring and they encounter these wierd ghoul things underground and they all get killed except for 2, 1 escapes and the other stays underground. I remember a bit where i think they needed to get to the other side of a cliff thing and while one of the girls were on the rope one of the ghouls came and killed her. And in the 2nd movie the one who escaped goes underground with a expolration group and try to get to the bottom of the mystery and in the end the 2 survivors were friends again and died in the cave and one of the exploration women escape but a guy knocks her unconcious and drops her into the cave so I think the ghouls dont come to the surface. Anyone know this movie?
