Can I migrate outlook to windows 7?

Upgrading from any version of Windows XP to Windows 7 requires a clean install. Not upgrading fresh is only an option if you are using 64-bit Windows Vista, and not to a lower sub-version of Windows 7. For example, you cannot upgrade from a 32-bit to a 64-bit OS without a clean install and vice versa, and you cannot upgrade from Windows Vista Business to Windows 7 Home Premium without a clean install, regardless of how many bits. If you are referring to Outlook Express, the answer is no, since Windows 7 does not have a default mail application. If Outlook was part of a Microsoft Office suite that is normally paid for, then you should be able to, provided you back up the files.
