Can I migrate outlook to windows 7?

Upgrading from any version of Windows XP to Windows 7 requires a clean install. Not upgrading fresh is only an option if you are using 64-bit Windows Vista, and not to a lower sub-version of Windows 7. For example, you cannot upgrade from a 32-bit to a 64-bit OS without a clean install and vice versa, and you cannot upgrade from Windows Vista Business to Windows 7 Home Premium without a clean install, regardless of how many bits. If you are referring to Outlook Express, the answer is no, since Windows 7 does not have a default mail application. If Outlook was part of a Microsoft Office suite that is normally paid for, then you should be able to, provided you back up the files. But if that doesn't work, then you should be able to set up your e-mail accounts on Outlook again after it is installed. Hope this helps.
