Black Ops Modded lobbies?

I was just wondering if there are any modded lobbies out right now because i got reset back to 10th level 1 and I don't have the time to go back up. If you're going to answer actually have some knowledge and not just one of the people that say that there are no lobbies. I want a legit answer. Thanks. Also, if you know anyone that can help me out here that would be great.. I don't eve want a 15th lobby i just want an xp lobby where i can just get past 10th or like 11th and back to where i was.
