Are there any legit 15th lobbies on black ops for xbox 360? Could this be one?

A guy invited me to a game and he said he was hosting a 15th presteige lobby for 1600 microsoft points, so of corse i was skeptical about it and i left. He invited me back about 30 mins later and asked me if i changed my mind, i asked him to prove it. He went into theater and showed me a clip that was about 20 seconds long and its of a guy who was playing in a game and got a kill, and a thing popped up on his screen (like always happens when you get a kill, saying how much XP you got) and it said +1.00775e+007, which indicates that its some huge number. I know it takes 1,262,500 XP to go from level 1 to 50. So from this info ive given, does this look legit? If you want to see the clip i can show you in my file share.
